Conflict of the Dawn « Result #2 on Apr 20, 2009, 7:29pm »
Thousands of years ago humans and wolves co-existed peacefully. Humans had the ability to understand the wolves language and could talk to them without being harmed.
One day a young brute (male wolf) was playing with his human friend and went to far and killed her. The humans father was furios and declared war on the wolves. The war went on for hundreds of years but finally stopped.
It is twenty years after the war and wolves and humans are still seperated. But their numbers have been decrease with not many humans or wolves roaming the lands. Conflicts arise but all isn't what it seems. Most humans have lost the ability to speak to the wolves but some still have it. They are the ones that want to bring peace to the world. Some of the wolves also want to bring peace and have started making meetings with the 'speakers'. But there are also wolves that do not like this idea.
The wolves split up into two packs. Vida, the pack that wants peace and Morte, the pack that wants to kill all humans. Humans have also split into two groups. The Paz people who are speakers and want peace and the Cacador people who want to kill all wolves.
Which path would you choose? Peace and harmony or death and destruction? And each new dawn brings with it new conflicts.
We are a human and wolf RPG and also a light and dark RPG.
This is a brand new site and we only have 3 members. Staff positions are open and all existing staff are very active and friendly.
Sublots are also encouraged to make it more exiting.

do you think it could ever be...
that wolves could live in peace, with little threat from other predators or humans? imagine a place where wolves roam free, without fear of human traps, or being attack by a bear. prey lurks around every corner, and there's plenty of corners. both packs are peaceful, both with few members and a lot of land. the scenery is absolutely beautiful, and it would seem to be a heaven on earth.
but what if i told you...
that the female of the avalon pack was ambitious and power-hungry? what if i told you that the cold-hearted beta of the balkar pack would do anything to get the best of the best wolves into his pack? and what if i told you that a lustful male's dream was to spread his seed throughout the land? like i said, things are peaceful, but how long can it last?
will you carve your own path or follow one made by another?

Anastasia couldn't help but for a small sliver of a thought to cross her mind. What if this male's only goal was to forcebreed her? She couldn't help but to be disgusted at the thought. She had already had a life of that. She didn't need another experience. However, unlike most dogs, if it did come to being forcebred, Anastasia would not run, she would not yell, and she would stand her ground. And afterwards, when the pups came, she would raise them as her own, with no penalities to the pups. For this, was how she had been trained, and this is how she would stay. It was simply, she felt, her duty. She felt no femme should ever willingly abandon her pups. She had had far too many pups taken away for that to be an option.
At his words, Anastasia felt her self blush, but just a little. She was not used to such flattery from males. And at his words of his name, she nodded, but wasn't quite sure if that was the whole truth. To live on the streets was tough, and especially if this male had such a limp, he must be quite a target. To survive, he would have to do alot. She had a slight feeling that chaos wasn't merely a 'macho thing'.
At his next words, Anastasia paused for a second before responding. She didn't mind his saying, and she had a feeling someone would figure that she wasn't street born and rasied. "No, I haven't been here for long. I used to be domestic, in a way." She decided not to go into her full history just yet. Her being in a puppy mill was not something that everyone needed to know. Or at least, not yet.

So luck indeed was on some pup's side but he wasn't sure if it was good or bad luck. For that matter he wasn't sure who's side it was on either. There were so many options open to one with the mind like Chaos. He could try to lure her away from prying eyes and have his way with her. But again such carnal needs weren't his style. After all other pups would pay top biscuit for a female who was still pure, assuming of course that she was, though the sly border collie could always spin some sort of lie to cover up such a thing. Most dogs couldn't tell the difference anyways as long as they got somewhere. He could be a smooth talker when he wanted to be and he believed most of his kind were too dumb to know truth from lies even if it bit them on the tail end.
Then, just as he was about to find away to coerce her away from this place, perhaps using some sob story about hungry puppies or some other such rubbish that females seemed to fall for, another idea struck him. Why couldn't she have other uses? Sure she seemed sweet enough but perhaps it was all a front like his was. Sometimes there was more to a canine then their fur, you had to dig deep to the sweet sticky center to get to their heart and soul, and he hated the idea of wasting a good business partner on being a tramp. He would have to tread lightly, if she did have a brain in the lovely head of her's she might just figure him out. Things would be touch and go but Chaos had faith in himself and an ego to squash any self-doubt that may spring up.
"Ah a name suitable for an angel." he said as he scratched at a spot under his chin. "My name is Chaos but I suppose it's more of a macho thing than anything else." A smile came across his muzzle as if to add truth to his words. He honestly didn't expect her to believe him but was she interested enough in the rest of his words to stick around? Time to find out.
"You seem well fit Anastasia, if you don't mind me being so bold to say so, have you been on the streets long? I don't remember seeing you before and I consider myself an intense watcher of other dogs." Maybe that came across as a bit freaky and enough to cause the female to run. If she did then his mind was made up, he would chase her down and attempt to force her into being one of his "pups of the evening". If she was at least curious enough to listen more than either she was a good future business associate and pack mate, or she was as mentally damaged as he was.

As Anastasia relaxed in the sunlight, she noticed that the male she had been looking at moments before was beginning to make his way in her general direction. She didn't take too much mind though, as it seemed that the male seemed to be just heading this way. He looked around casually, so she perhaps considered he was looking for a friend or something. She continued to bask in the gentel glow of the warm sun until she heard a voice, directed at her.
It was the male from before, and he offered her a friendly grin and a nod, which she returned. She smiled slightly sheepishly at the male's compliment, and couldn't help but to perk her ears towards him. Of course, the way to get a gal to pay attention was to compliment her. When his speech had finished, Anastasia smiled and replied, "You are too kind, sir. And yes, I'm afraid I am alone. I suppose I'll just have to rely on luck to make sure I don't come across any of those fellows." She stood, feeling that it should be more appropriate for her to do so and continued, "I'm Anastasia. Who might you be?"

Chaos continued to glance over the slowly growing crowd of well fed pooches and their furless moronic monsters that they relied on. He had to wonder if these disgraces to canine society might be of some use to him and his cause. If he could promise these pampered pups some protection, that is if and when they grew a spine and ventured out into the real world, they could supply him with some high quality kibble. How hard would it be to have one of his low level lackeys puppysit his supplier for a day or two? Well first he would have to find some lackeys of course but that was a side point and it was distracting him from his observations. The problem with the way his mind worked, the way his breed's worked really, was so man steps ahead that it was a bit of a challenge to stay on focus. He growled at himself, this was a crucial time and he needed to be on top of his game, and he made himself truly see the sight in front of him.
He sighed as he looked at the residents of the park once more. Maybe he just had high expectations of what kind of fellow canines he wanted to surround himself with. Sure he expected perfection in his future pack mates and desperation in his future victims, well perhaps customers was a better term, but all he saw here was blah, run of the mill, happy go lucky dogs. Chaos puffed out his chest and began to walk away, a place deeper in the city might be more lucrative, when he noticed a dog he hadn't noticed before.
The female, her size and the scent that wafted on the breeze proofed that much, was interesting for some reason. He grinned and made his way over to her casually, glancing back and forth as if she wasn't his final destination. Given the time of year, so close to spring, it might be assumed that he had more lustful things in mind but Chaos wasn't one to give into such primal urges. He would never admit it to anyone, after all his ego and his self esteem were very important to him, but he had never been with a female before. Truthfully he wasn't even sure he was interested in more than domination of all, not just a feminine figure. But he didn't mind playing the sympathetic one to get what he wanted, exposing the real him when it was too late.
Once he got close enough he gave a friendly grin and a small nod to the other.
"Greetings my dear. I couldn't help but notice your beauty from a far. I hope you aren't alone though, even in this place of peace you can find some distrustful curs." He said with a grin.
