AIDEN


Ah... The old apartment building.. One of Aiden's favorite haunts, by far. The big shepherd strolled right into the place as though it was his own. His head was held high, a smirk on his face as though he was king of the world. His walk was more of a jouncy stroll as his feet fell into time with the song currently stuck in his head. And as far as he was concerned the song was his theme song.

A smirk was firmly planted upon the shepherds face as he continued his stroll over to an old couch. Using the strength in his back legs, he jumped onto the couch and immediatly laid down. His pillow, as he called it, was resting near his head, and he immediatly pulled it towards him and began chewing on the corner of it.

His ears flicked up as an awfully loud car passed by. He, however, didn't mind it. It was playing his song. His smirk was set even stronger on his face now as he continued to chew the pillow.

He had to admit, his life had been awfully boring lately. Nothing exciting had occured. But at the same time, the paece was nice. Though something to spice it up would be nice... Eh, for now he would continue to chew his pillow and focus on the present.

Ruling his pack had become a drag lately... Considering there was no one to rule.. This discomforted him very much, and he pulled up from his pillow to lick his lips. His eyes roamed to a shattered window, through which he could see the town. Just above a few buildings, there was the ominous prescence of storm clouds. He flicked his ears, not really liking the sight. Going back to the West Side in the rain didn't really appeal to him... At the same time, he had just gotten here, and was really in no mood to leave.. 'Decisions, decisions..' He thought to himself half-heartedly. It was almost a shame that so far, this had been the biggest decision he had had to make.

The male was too preoccupied to notice the entrance of another until he caught her scent, rather than hearing her. He let go of his pillow, and turned to look at the female, blinking as he did so.

Automatically, his eyes sized her up. She was a German Shapherd, just like himself. He could tell that much from the dual colors. By no means was she unattractive, and it would be well suited to call her quite pretty. Though Aiden had yet to stand he was sure that he would probably be about the same size as her, maybe a little larger.

His assesment took only seconds, and then his mind darted back to her words. Aiden's smirk flashed across his face for a second, before standing up and jumping down from the couch. He shhok himself quickly before drawing himself to full height. A volley of thoughts flashed through his mind as arrogant responses popped up in his head. It didn't take himself very long to decide on one. "Not nearly as much fun as I would have with you." He purposely looked her up and down aferwards, but humor flashed in his eyes, not malintent. "My names Aiden." He smirked after his initial response. "Am I gonna get your name, or am I gonna have to go back to chewing my pillow?"
